Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

i do have a prior offense from another state which I paid a fine and did community service or a shoplifting issue but was told that I only couldn't go into a Walmart within its county for 2 years. I just recently got caught with 21 dollars worth I did have the money on hand to pay for it with other stuff we did buy but stupidly didn't pay for the items. I do have my mother living with me due to the fact that she cant live on her own. is it possible that (and I know that it is a stretch asking such question), but instead of doing time in jail where I never had been before except for that day I got caught could I do just community service and pay a fine with probation.

or could I do the in-home thing with a bracelet on so I can be there to take care of my mother and get her to her appointments as well as mine. my appointments are with the va. they as well when I got arrested told me I wasn't to be in any Walmart throughout the u.s.a., but as my mother can attest they told me in front of her it was only within the county which happens to be only 2 Walmart's inside the county.

I have been in touch with a few lawyers on this issue an they do you think get me to where I don't have to spend any jail time due to my issues health wise as well as my mothers since I am her caregiver
