Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a 5 year old parenting plan that when it was put into effect I lived in the same state. Since then I have moved approx 12 hours away and try to see my kids as min as possible or as much as I can afford. Summer is coming and I have requested my 6 weeks of summer almost 3 months in advance and only after I purchased plane tickets did my ex have major issues. She is refusing me my summer and basically threatening me that a modification order is in the court system now and that she is asking for me only to have 3 weeks due to the distance. And if I basically stop and concede to her demands, she will possibly concider 2 weeks at the beginning of summer and 3 weeks at the end giving me more time. Can she manipulate me or the courts like this and seeing how I do live a great distance away, will a judge agree to reducing my visit because my ex wants it that way?

You need to locate a family law attorney, provide your documents to him/her, and let the attorney advise you of the best action to take. It sounds as if you may be able to file a contempt. I would not try it on your own. I also would do this as soon as possible so that you can move forward with your summer plans.
