Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

About 11 years ago my wife divorced me after a 10 month separation and I was living in another state and was not at the hearing to contest. A judge signed off on a divorce settlement leaving me to owe "x" amount of money and the divorce was listed as "uncontested" due to my absence/ (funny though how the final draft of the divorce made it to me by fed ex just a week later, yet they claim they could not find me to serve a hearing date) Anyway, my question is : after 11 years an she still come back on me and sue for the amount, or is there any kind of statute that has expired?

Back child support never expires. Instead it accrues interest. Besides being jailed for contempt you can be garnisheed and your assets and accounts can be seized. In other words, pay up.
