if custodial mother loses custody because of drug use, what does the law require for her to regain custody of 2 boys ages 9 and 2, with different fathers?

She needs to do two things because once one loses custody it is very hard (sometimes impossible) to change things. The first is to stay completely clean for a long time (that means months or even years) and be able to prove that (I suggest weekly or monthly drug tests by a court-accepted lab). The second is to get a lawyer.
