Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a divorce decree written by my ex-husband, which I signed. he agreed to pay the mortgage instead of child support until my youngest was 18. at the time there were three children and he has stop paying three times. now there is just one child who is eleven and he refuses to pay any more. what can I do at this point? would I be able to go back and ask for child support or can I have the judge enforce this agreement?
