Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I getting a divorce from my wife, do i would have to pay child support for her oldest child that i sign the birth certificate not knowing until a year later that someone else is her father. That I have proof of a document.

Also, I'm working do i have to included my VA disabilities benefits income which could go down.( for a divorce). In addition, I took the kids for a weekend trip to visit my grandma bday, when i got back from the trip my wife as moved out do i have to pay alimony still. if she banned me and written a letter stating that.

Get a lawyer immediately. i am not sure what proof you have of paternity, but paternity issues can be raised in a divorce. If you wait too long, you can never raise them.
