Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am divorced with primary custody of my two girls, 7 & 10. We are going back to court next month for child modification. For her to receive the standard visitation, every other weekend and start paying me child support.

My question is as follows.

Can my ex wife call the police and DFCS on me charging child molestation?

And then 24 hrs later turn my daughters phone into the police charging me with child pornography? That she claimed was on my daughters phone.

My daughter and I were tested, poked, prodded by a Dr., DFCS a therapist andsubstitute police.

After 2 days and 6 hours of interrogation on us. I can tell you it has been very upsetting to my daughter and myself. I was cleared by each one of them of any wrong.doing by each and everyone of them. They told me the these charges were unfounded substitute and without merit. They went on to stat that they were no pleased with me ex for wasting their time and resources on an innocent man.

Whenever something just drops into her brain, can she just call up DFCS and the police.claiming anyting on me without any proof ? Isn't there a charge we can charge her with for lying to DFCS and the police? And what about all the embarrassing and degrading things my daughter had to endure. Not to mention I volunteer at their school every year and this year I was encouraged by teachers and faculty to apply over the summer to become a substitute teacher this comming year. Which now I am not going to do out of fear that they got wind of what my ex said to DFCS.

She has put my girls through unnessary events and mental stress and the same to me and has tainted my name and my have cost me a good job that I really wanted. He false statement may have cost me future work.It has cost me friends and could cost even more than I know.

Is what she has done by making those statements legal to do? Are there any charges we can charge her with? She can't just keep lying without any consequences to her and keep me and my 2 girls lives in constant turmoil. ....can she?

I would not even begin to answer this online. You need to seek a family attorney immediately to go through the issues as there may be additional issues which need to be included in an amended complaint. I cannot imagine you not realizing you seriously need an attorney.
