Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my ex-husband is taking me to court for contempt of the divorce decree regarding summer visitation. he alleges that i failed and refused to allow his visitation rights in the month of junio. he not only never expressed any desired to take them out on vacation but on Father's day weekend he went out of town and didn't come bak until sunday night to see the children for a couple of hours. he told me more than once that he might had to skip his weekends with the kids until he'd gotten back on his feet. he's unmeployed now and wants me to pay for his attorney's fee too. can i defend myself or do i need a lawyer? can i have one of the kids (17 years-old) be my witness?

If you want the case to go very badly, represent yourself. Do you even know how to examine a witness? If you want the case to go better, get counsel. A good lawyer may go after him for attorney's fees too.
