What are my husband & I rights if he had an affair with a married woman and she is now pregnant and saying he is the father? We live in Georgia. We dont believe he is the father. Can she force him to take a paternity test?

YOU have no rights and should stay uninvolved.

If he is the father he must support the child for 18 years or he could face jail. Yes, she can force a paternity test, and if he questions paternity he would be a fool to not want one as soon as the child is born. He probably also would after the test want to see a lawyer about legitimizing the child.
