Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husbands name is incorrect on the Divorce complaint and the Limited Scope. It's a noncontested divorce and I go in the morning. Should I have this corrected?

There's no such document as a limited scope. And you need to have a lawyer in EVERY divorce. Should you go? Yes, and with your lawyer in tow. Does the name matter? Maybe, maybe not, but both of you will have future problems without a fix, so have your lawyer get that fixed.
