legal rights of grandparents

I gave custody of my daughter to my ex mother-in-law two years ago.I have decided I want her back but my ex mother-in law will not give her back without a court fight.I was wondering after the supreme court ruling on grandparents rights,where do I stand?

When you relinquished custody, was it pursuant to a court order? If not, legal custody has not changed and you are still custodian. Otherwise, the Supreme Court has not yet ruled on the constitutionality of the statute, and the standard is still the best interest of the children.
