Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

What legals rights do I have to see my 16 years old daughter. She lives in GA and I live Tx. Everytime I visit her Mother will not allow me to come get her. There's no legal custody papers or child's support but I do pay every month

You obviously can't just show up and take her, so that means if you want visitation you should get a Court order (after exhausting all efforts to work it out with the mother).
