Probably (depending on the wording of the order). But if he goes to court and files a case in the next six months, and that xcase will be in Georgia, she will have to defend that move and might lose custody or suffer other consequences if the judge didn't like her deliberately moving the children away from their father. In short, she should not make any plans without seeing a lawyer. If the father lawyers up quickly, he can file to stop the move before it happens.

Unless there is an order for legitimation or for child support and visitation she probably can

Check all of the orders in your case

Good luck
