Does Muscogee county Columbus, Georgia have jurisdiction to seek legitimization in family law over a child that was conceived in the state of Georga where unwed father lives, but was born and resides in Broward county Florida with unwed mother if so, Can I seek timesharing in Georgia?

If a child born out of wedlock resides out of state, a legitimation petition can be filed in the county of residence of the father. I don't know what you mean by timeshare in Georgia. I suggest you speak with an attorney before you enter into any type of agreement. There are several issues to consider and resolve.
