Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I currently reside in Georgia and have been charged w contempt of court for failure to pay child support.I have a couple of questions.I was fired a little over a year ago and my former employer was taking my support out weekly but not paying it in until he felt like it and him doing that caused me lots of fines and fees and being labeled a habitual violator for driving without license only I didn't know that they were suspended until after I was arrested each time.fast forward a year and I'm in court now for contempt of thecourtschild support ruling I have a wife and two kids I support now when my former employer fired me and we had also just lost our home around the same time he fired me and I haven't been able to find work and been doing odd and end jobs to get by.I want to know if would be considered double jeopardy..please answer this one then I'll proceed.
