I signed over rights of my son to his step father. How do i get that reversed?

Did you did this in court?

Was it temporary or permanent?

Why did you sign over your rights?

Why do you want them back?

If you did it in court, you will have to file a motion in an attempt to obtain an order.

If you did it without court sanction, it may be easier to reverse.

However, I would have to see the documents you signed and have answers to the four questions noted above.
