Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My sister resides in Georgia. Her son with my sisters paternal Aunt. My aunt was given temporary guardianship in the state of Georgia, but relocated the child to the state of Florida without the permission of the courts in Georgia and without notifying the courts of the change of the child's location. The Courts here in Georgia has issued a court order for dissolution of temporary guardianship after having petitioned the courts and ran the notification in the legals ad and having no response from my aunt. Can she now just go pick the child up with out police escort or having to file additional paperwork with the state of Florida?

I suggest she obtain a certified copy of the order. I do not know Florida law so I believe the best way of dealing with it is to check with the police department in the county where the aunt currently resides and see if they will schedule a time to escort her to the aunt's residence. The other option is, if the child is school age, the authorities may go with her to the child's school. The problem with not going to the aunt's residence is she would be unable to get his belongings if she goes to the school. If the police are hesitant to commit, she needs to speak with a Florida attorney to determine the best avenue to take in Florida.
