Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have two small children and the grandparents have been the gaurdians for two years. What chance do I have on getting my children back, I live in another state.

More information is needed about the reason the grandparents became guardians and how your situation has changed since the guardianship began. Also was the guardianship created voluntarily or by court order?

The fact that you live in another state doesn't necessarily have a negative influcence on your chances.
