Spousal Immunity
In a case where my husband is the Plaintiff party to modification to visitation, if I am called as a witness by the Defendent can I claim spousal immunity?

Yes, you can in most instances. However, there are certain exceptions. You should consult with a local attorney about this. Assuming your husband has an attorney, he/she would be the logical starting point.
