Support after Termination of Parental Rights

If a parent voluntarily surrenders their parental rights can the Judge still order support to be paid?

Need more info, generally though once parental rights are relinquished the parent has no further support responsibility from that time forward.

If the parent surrenders the right for purposes of an adoption, then the parent is still obligated to pay child support until the adoption becomes final. Feel free to contact my office for further consultation on the matter.
