Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Am from Texas and now live in Georgia and trying to get guardianship of two kids that i have had since they where 1 month & 1 year old Georgia law is different from Texas you have to have guardianship. And the mother is the legal perant. Will the mother have been deported back to africa the judge say i have prove she been deported. Be for i can get Guardianship what can i do? Because in Texas he is the legel father.

Assuming the father has legitimized the child, he either mayalready have custodial rights or can seek them, A third party mayor may not even be able to get a guardianship, but generallyyou';ll need one or both parents to agree.
