If you are currently under FMLA in GA. can you be foreced to return to work or fired, or let go?

If you are still dealing with the issue that caused you to take FMLA leave (e.g., maternity, your own illness or that of an immediate family member), you cannot be forced to return to work before the issue is resolved. If you are still within your 12 weeks of job-protected leave, you cannot be fired due to the fact that you are on FMLA leave. There are complicated regulations in this area, which have been recently amended. To adequately advise you, I would need additional information.
