Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

2004 Nissan (maybe worth $2500) co-signed with ex-girlfriend, we have not been together for a while and I have had it paid off for a few years, titled in FL says "and", she is refusing to sign at all. I live in GA now. I have offered to split sale $ with her. Do I have options other than court? (Way too expensive) If I sell without title, is worst case scenario, her taking me to court and getting half what I sold it for? I just don't want to do anything that is illegal. Does the fact that the vehicle is 10 years old play a factor.

She has the same ownership rights as you. If you sell without a title, you will likely have big problems with her, the purchaser and the police. A version of this question is asked every day and shows how it is almost always a huge mistake to buy a house or car with someone who is not a spouse. Either keep offering her money to buy her out, or keep the paid-for car and drive it until it doesn't run any more.
