Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I had an auto garage work on vehicle upgrades. I work out of town and had no choice but to take to a dealer. The dealer restored the vehicle back to original stock in order to fix the problems incurred from the garages work. I sent a letter and all receipts to the garage. They say they maybe can meet me in the middle somewhere but they won't pay the full costs and that I shouldn't have taken to a dealer and that the vehicle had other issues and they were trying to help me out. Is there a legitimate suit here for me to proceed?
