Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I bought a used vehicle in the state of ga. Since I have had the vehicle it has been in the shop 10 times and is very unstable. Extended warranty does not cover the oil consumption problem that it has. I contacted the original seller who state that he is working on getting the bank to refinance me another vehicle but he has not contacted me back. What legal rights do I have to get out of this vehicle?

You have NO rights when you buy a used vehicle other that those in any written warranty. That is why you never buy a used car without an inspection by your own mechanic. The As Is sticker the federal government puts in the window is a warning that says "This Car Could be a Lemon and you should be careful." That warning is ignored at your own peril.
