Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
A friend let me use his 4 wheeler for my 10 year old daughter to ride. While she was sitting on it, an adult that she knows told her to get off of it because he was going to use it and would be right back. He never came back instead he stole the 4 wheeler. The owner is threatening to have me arrested for grand theft. I live in Georgia.
