Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
I have been offered financial consideration by a person who is in some legal hot water for things he did at/with/to the business (both legal and civil), in exchange for signing a type of NDA regarding things that I saw/know about.
a) Is it legal to offer me this?
2) is this a binding agreement in a court of law? Would I be compelled to divulge this info if subpoenaed?
