Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Protection of child against retaliation

My son was restrained and assautled on an overnight school field trip. I have reported the perps to Administration. I fear he may be retaliated against. I would like to legally inform their parents that, further harrassment or retaliation occurs, I will pursue legal avenues to remove their homes, possessions, etc. I once read that this was an effective deterrent, but don't know what its called or what type of legal action to obtain. Thank you for your help!

Re: Protection of child against retaliation

You may consider having an adult conversation with them as a first step to resolve the issue, rather than the "I'll sue you for every penny you have" approach popular in TV and movies.
