Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia

My current employer is filing an H1B amendment due to my client and city change. I have received a job offer which I have accepted. The new employer is filing an H1B transfer. Both H1B amendment and transfer will take place in the next month. 1) Does this cause any problem with my H1B transfer? 2) If it does should I ask my current employer to wait for filing an H1B amendment for office transfer?(This may create doubts for my current employers.) OR should I let my new employer know about this situation ? 3) What advise you have for me?
