Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia
I am in the USA and have a visitor visa and want to apply for a student visa and have a crime in my country, Bosnia and Herzegovina. No thread will be an Interpol warrant but looking for me in my country to be reported to the court. Will my application be successful or not? Is the United States an important internal chase or just interpol? I was here 3 times and Iam clear in USA. My visa expire for 5 months.Advance grateful for your response.
