Legal Question in International Law in Georgia

Regarding Online Server

I don't know where to post this so I am going to post it under International Law.

Normally I wouldn't seek legal advice for such a matter but it appears this will be the only way to stop this. Currently my online gaming clan rents a teamspeak server but we keep getting it hacked by someone who doesn't like us. What they do is take it over and make it so we cannot use our own server. This has been done multiple times to us and it costs us time to get it back and we are wasting money on a server we cannot use.

What I need to know is if there is a way we can legally make them stop ruining our Teamspeak server. Normally we would not seek legal advice except for how often our server has been hacked. I use hack because its our best guess as to what has happened.

I thank you for any advice you can offer us regarding this issue.

Re: Regarding Online Server

You are most welcome. Hacking is obviously an illegal activity, punishable by both criminal and civil remedies. Typically, the difficulty in prosecuting "hackers" is being able to readily locate and/or collect judgments from these unscrupulous persons/entities. If you have contact details for those responsible for hacking your server, we can DEFINITELY assist you here. For prompt, affordable legal assistance in this matter, contact us today for a free phone consultation.
