I have been a driver on my job for 5 yr also pull order in the warehouse never miss a day or never been late, I recieve a letter in the mail from DMV office saying my license have been suspend for 3 mos I brought the attention to my supervisor to take care of i but was not sucessful because the court will not give me a work permit to drive.When I told him this he said I have to let you go I asked him can I work in the warehouse until my license in get in order he I have to let you go. His thier any action I can take against the company

I am not sure what action you should be able to take. You are the one who did something to lose your license, not them. From your post, that meant you could not do your job. Again, not their fault. Should they fire a warehouse worker to give you the spot because you did something to lose your license?
