Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I was fired before my job completed an internal investigation, which proved what I had stated was correct. After the investigation was completed I was given my job back. Can I still bring forth a law suit against my employer?

Lawsuit for what? Employment in Georgia is at will, and an employee can be terminated for any or no reason (except very limited instances of discrimination). Do you have a contract that states you have any right to employment? If not, consider yourself fortunate to have your job back. That may change quickly with talk of lawsuits.
