Health insurance
Is an employer required to pay any portion of a health insurance premium through the company's group plan for an employee?

Health insurance is generally a benefit from the employer, not a right or entitlement. They generally do not have to provide any insurance at all, and generally they determine what portion they pay. Beyond that, we do not have access to your company's group plan. The documents will tell you the options.
