Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Hostile Environment Harassment

I'm a Correctional Officer for the state of Georgia.

I'm being harassed every day,I've informed my supervisior and senior management about it as well as

asked for a meeting but nothing has changed. It's not

"the job" but the constant harassment that makes me

want to resign.And that's what they want.I have written proof,so it's not just "he said/she said".What

should I do? And where should I start? I'm not sure if

I need a Lawyer,but I think so.I'm also a disabled

Veteran but my health and safety do not seem to matter. Can you help me?
