Husband wrongfully demoted and salary cut......Held manager position since 10/03, absolute glowing reviews until new director ~3 yrs ago at a non-profit hospital. They said - restructuring, position eliminated- This is in Georgia

What is your question? Employers can demote or terminate employees at will, and it does not matter that the employee disagrees or thinks it is "wrongful." Nothing in your post raises a legal issue such as unlawful discrimination.
