Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I am a plaintiff in a lawsuit, my lawyer is pushing me to try for a settlement, almost from the beginning. My lawyer has informed me that if I lose the case, I will be responsible for the defendants expanses. Not legal fess, but the cost of plane tickets, car rentals, copies, hotels, meals, copies, stenographer etc... Is that true. Does a plaintiff have to pay for the defenses expenses?

You have a lawyer who knows all the details and facts of the case, and what has been filed. That is who you ask question about your case. How could anyone on this general information website possibly tell you anything about your case?
