Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Terminated from the Atlanta Police Department on 8/21/2014 for untruthfulness and disobeying a sergeant's orders. Was not untruthful and the sergeant wanted me to charge the person with a felony and it was not. Union Attorney and Atlanta Police Department Attorney agreed back in October 2014 to allow me to resign instead of being terminated. To date my Georgia Post still shows terminated instead of resignation. This is keeping me from seeking employment with other police agencies. Do I have a case?

Start with asking the union lawyer, who should follow up on the agreement. Otherwise, keep in mind if you have a "case" then everything comes out.
