Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I will rephrase this--I told someone I needed to use the bathroom at work--I needed to have a BM- I was gone for ten minutes-then immediately back to work..I was told I was suspended for 3 days..I told him I was in the bathroom...said he didn't care..I was a man I could hold it...I have not had any or problems before, told him I was confused since I only used the bathroom. Said he didn't care..come back to work Friday....is this suspension warranted?

What is "warranted" is a question for your employer (whether or not you agree), not a legal question. Generally, employment in Georgia is at-will and employees can be terminated for any or no reason (with few exceptions for unlawful discrimination).
