Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I worked for a pizza place as a delivery driver for 6 months. Over this time period I was also used as a dishwasher. I recently quit and my last check was short 5 hours. this happened to my friend as well and has happened in the past. They have also kept a check from a former employee that i still have contact with, worth 500 dollars. These kind of incidents happen frequently there. On top of this they use the drivers as dish washers. I recently read on the internet if you work on a tipped wage and spend more than %20 of your time doing untipped work (which happened EVERY DAY) you must get paid minimum wage for the time spent doing untipped work. How can I go about getting what is owed to me? Or is there even anything I can do in this situation?
