Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I have a judgement on my credit from a past apartment complex that I would like to pay off. I contacted the collections agency that has the balance and they said my balance amount is 1700.00 but will settle the balance for 1400.00. I pulled my credit report and on my report it has my judgement balance amount at 857.00. I called the court where the dispostion was submitted and was told that the total amount I owe is 857.00 +76.50 for fees and interest. I would like to know if I have to pay the 1400.00 or the 857+76.50 to have the judgement removed from credit.

You owe what the judgement says you owe, including interest (which you seem to forget in your last sentence). Obviously, we don't know the total as of today. You should be able to figure it out.
