Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I am an At Will Tenant who is living Rent Free by verbal agreement in a home in Georgia owned by a family member who has been residing in the home of his mother to which she owns. It has come to call that he vacate those premises and find housing elsewhere, so with that said he would like to return to his home which I reside in therefore his request is for me to vacate those premises. But since I live on fixed income & have little means of support I am limited on places to go & limited as to how fast I will be able to find other means of living arangements. I just recently fell ill due to a life long struggle with diabetes and was admitted to the hospital. While in the hospital being treated for this illness the family member to which I was residing in the home of has decided to return to his home to stay and has told me I have to vacate the premises. So when I am released from Dr.s care I am in the position of nowhere to go home to or to even call home! Can this be done to me by him legally? And if not what are the correct legal steps I need to take to be able to return to the premises to live? Any advice on this issue would be more than greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The bottom line is that it is someone else's property and they want you to move. You can be given 60 days notice to move, then an eviction case can be filed.
