medical malpractice /wrong diagnois

How long do you have to file a claim? I'm having trouble finding legal representation.I live in a good ole boy town.

You will need a lawyer. Malpractice claims are not DIY, and require expertise, expert opinions from another medical professional, etc. The "good ole boy town" theory is pure myth, and typically means lawyers do not think the client as a case.
