Whether you call us or not, its best to have a lawyer get involved. There are many issues that you will have to deal with in your case. These include payback to Medicare, and other insurance plans. Valuation of what your case is worth requires an evaluation.

Clearly your case is valuable, or 5 attorneys would not reply in less than 1 hour. My firm also offers a free consultation. If Medicare is paying for treatment, you will have to deal with a reimbursement request (assuming you recover from the responsible party). If the other driver is under-insured (or uninsured), you may have the issue of filing a claim for underinsured coverage on your own policy.

Finally, in deciding on an attorney, you can negotiate the attorney's fee. My fee is 25% of the total recovery. Please feel free to contact my office at 404-529-9081.

Best,

David H. Glass, Esq.

Be sure to put Wal Mart on notice to save any surveillance video of the parking lot, which could be crucial to your case, as the video is taped over every 30 days! Take steps to preserve all relevent evidence and identify witnesses! Put your own insurance company on notice of the incident, as it preserves your right to make a UM claim! These are some of the issues you need to be aware of to protect your rights, no matter who you hire. Our firm has handled these type cases for over 50 years in Georgia. Visit our website at www.johnsonward.com and schedule a free appointment if you wish to discuss it further.

No lawyer can honestly say your case is valuable based on your post. Keep that in mind, as you don't post enough facts to even show the driver is liable or at fault. Ask for referrals for reputable personal injury lawyers in your area.
