Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

In may of last year i was working on a guys house off of his broken ladder, the ladder broke and I fell and tore my acl in my left knee which requires surgery and physical therapy to repair. my question is , do i have a lawsuit case?

Possibly depending on whether the defect was obvious before you were hurt or not, and other details we don't have. You should see a lawyer immediately, and should have done so long before now. If you wait too long you lose the right to sue at all.
