my exboyfriend was let into my apartment a month after being kicked out and 2 weeks after the same lady that I paid to change my locks let him in to steal my furniture and her property owner said she did nothing wrong. do I not have rights. too scared to live here now stuck in a lease

If it was your ex's residence, he had every right to enter. You don't just "kick out" someone from their residence unless they agree to move out and are actually out and gone. You also left out the important detail of whether or not the ex was on the lease (if so, they have as much right to enter as you do whether they have moved or not). You MIGHT have a claim, but it'll take more facts than you provided. If you are "scared" then you should stay somewhere else, but as far as being stuck in a lease, yes this is the risk of making the choice to cohabitate. If he stole your property, call the police.
