Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I am in Georgia and my loan got denial, my contract is terminated but there is hold on earnest money from the sellers , what should I do? My financial deadline was sept 25 but got denial letter on sept 29th .

Please advice

You mention a contract (but not what kind of contract - we might guess real estate) but no one here has a copy or knows the terms. Either make a deal with the sellers, or take the contract to a real estate lawyer for review.
