Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My Ex husband and I bought a house in Georgia. The force decree gave our GA home to my husband and requested we complete a quick claim release. To remove me from the deed. I am still on the loan, he has failed to do that. In the event of his deat, will I have rights to sell the house?

No. And he can't remove you from the loan. That takes a refinance or sale. Didn't your lawyer push you to have a mandatory refinance or sell clause?
