Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I have been married for over 5 years. I moved into my wifes house when we got married. I have helped her pay taxes on it and used my money to make improvements on it. Is there any point where the house legally becomes partly mine even though she won't put my name on it along with hers?

As long as you stay married, no (unless she deeds it to you).

In a divorce you may have a claim to part of the increase in value due to your contribution.
