Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My mother died last year leaving my two brothers and I as beneficiaries of her estate. The house has a $12,000 lien on it. If my brothers do not want to buy me out can I still sell to another buyer?

Maybe and maybe not. I'd need to see the will, probate documents and resulting deed/assent to devise, as would any lawyer attempting to answer. The contents would affect the answer.
